2025 marks our 40th year providing therapy to the people of Leicestershire and surrounding areas
To celebrate this occasion a number of our members are challenging themselves to do 40km in 40 days.
To help them track their efforts we are looking for Fitbits or similar equipment. Do you have a Fitbit or something similar that you no longer use and would be willing to donate to the Centre? If so please get in touch.

Ted Taylor will be cycling 40 Kilometres in a week on an exercise bike during the month of February. This is to raise money to support the MS therapy centre where Ted attends regularly, post-stroke therapy. To read all about this please click here to visit his GoFundMe page.

David has been working hard to complete the 40km in 40 days and will reach the milestone today. David has done this through a combination of shadow boxing most days and doing extra lengths when he goes swimming.
